By creating an account or using Mayday Minds, you agree to these terms. We provide aviation learning material for your personal study. Course availability and access depend on the status shown in your account. Our courses do not replace official flight training, examinations, medical advice, aircraft operating procedures, or guidance from aviation regulators.
Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. Your account is for you alone: do not let another person use it or share your sign-in details. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
When you have valid course access, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to view the course content through Mayday Minds. This does not transfer ownership of any video, note, PDF, question, graphic, lesson, or other course material to you.
Course videos and notes are provided for viewing within the platform only. You must not download, save, screen-record, copy, reproduce, print, capture, distribute, upload, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, or share any course content or access credentials. This includes sharing content through messaging apps, social media, cloud storage, study groups, or another website.
You must also not remove copyright notices, use software or services to bypass access controls, scrape content, or help anyone else obtain unauthorized access to the platform or its materials.
Any paid course access, price, and access period will be shown before you complete a purchase. We may correct accidental listing or pricing errors and may suspend or change access where this is necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or address misuse.
We may suspend or terminate an account or course access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, including unauthorized downloading, recording, copying, or sharing of course materials. We may also take steps to protect our intellectual-property rights and the rights of our instructors.
