We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, such as your name, email address, and profile details. We also process authentication records, course-access and purchase records, course activity, and messages you send to our support team.
We use this information to provide and secure your account, give you access to the courses you are entitled to use, respond to support requests, send essential service emails, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of the platform.
We use carefully selected providers to operate Mayday Minds. Supabase provides authentication and database services; Vercel hosts the application; Bunny Stream and Cloudflare R2 help deliver protected course media; and Resend delivers transactional email. If payments are available, Razorpay processes the payment. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to run the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use access controls and security measures designed to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing maydaymindss@gmail.com. Deleting an account may affect access to courses and records we must retain for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page. For privacy questions, contact us at maydaymindss@gmail.com.
