MaydayMinds is building a modern learning platform for aspiring pilots, starting with DGCA aviation courses. We're looking for a Growth & Content Intern to manage our social media, create engaging content, edit short-form videos, and help grow our student community. You'll work across content, social media, marketing, and growth, with a focus on turning content into leads and course sign-ups. We're looking for someone creative, proactive, comfortable with video editing, and interested in social media and digital marketing. Interest in aviation is a plus, but not required. The role offers hands-on startup experience, significant ownership, and a fixed stipend with additional bonuses tied to successful course sign-ups and growth outcomes.
